As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I work with young adults, individuals and couples who struggle with relationships, have communication challenges, or those who need strategies to identify and utilize new skills towards expected outcomes.
My approach is collaborative, warm and accepting, with a touch of humor to break down barriers that limit achievement. As a results-driven leader, I help clients recognize patterns of behavior that may impede goals and success.
