Heart to Heart Counseling & Coaching offers teletherapy (also known as online therapy, virtual therapy, web therapy), providing you with all of the benefits of counseling from the comfort of your own safe space. If you’re a frequent traveler, have a challenging schedule, or live elsewhere in the Bay Area or California, online therapy might just be the perfect option for you. Teletherapy offers flexibility, saves time, and eliminates long commutes. Remote coaching is also available.
Sessions are held via telephone or video using the HIPAA compliant platform, Microsoft Teams.
